Well, I am totally biased because I LOVE The Yada Yada series by Neta Jackson and wait for each new book to come out! This is the fourth installment. This book explores racial issues not only in society in general but in the church and forgiveness and grace and spiritual warfare and unplanned pregnancies. A GREAT read!!!

Drat! I got out of sequence on this series, so having read the subsequent novel this one was not as riveting. It remained strong, however, and I continue to enjoy and "root for" all the prayer club members and their families.

I have really enjoyed this whole series of books. Its not deep reading but its funny and touching. This particular book is especially poignant in its consideration of racism from the differing perspectives of the characters.

I fell in love with the Yada Yada series from the very first book. It is funny, spiritual, sad, and entertaining. I was pulled in instantly and it's hard to put the books down once you begin to read. This book is no different. I feel as if I can relate to each Yada Yada's story. Great series!

I have read and bought 5 of the 7 Yada Yada Prayer Group series and I just LOVE them! I was never a reader during my "school" years. I stumbled across this series while searching thru Barnes & Nobles and thought what the heck!

Neta Jackson is an awesome author and is very personable.

The YYPG Gets Tough is exactly what the title implies. The ladies of the prayer group have come to life in the series and you feel their pain, heartache, joy, happiness, etc.

Once you have read the first book, you yearn to read the rest. I don't think I've ever laughed and cried this much except for a movie or two. It keeps you wanting more and more. Now that the series is finished and I found the Paper Back Swap, I can finish the series...I wish I had found them a few years ago.

Be Blessed by the Yada Yada Prayer Group series. If there is one in your area, I highly suggest it. There isn't one in my area, but I would love to start one!

Another great Yada Yada book. Like the others I couldn't put it down. Some parts got pretty intense but I loved how the women all came together through prayer to pull through it.
