MIX TOGETHER FIRST 6 ingredients AND BAKE IN GREASED 9X13 PAN FOR 25 MINUTES @ 375. THEN CHILL FOR AWHILE ~ THIS IS AN IMPORTANT STEP
When the baked crust has cooled:
SPREAD SAUCE, CHEESE AND TOPPINGS
BAKE @ 375 FOR 25 MINUTES
