This is a light, fun read that can be finished in 1 setting. The story is a mixture of a comedy-romance with some action & mystery on the side.
Zesty is center stage always but, the rest of "Magpie" - his sisters Melon & Punch - make a strong statement as well. Zesty is often shown as an airhead however, he makes some very clever moves that will have the reader questioning if his ditsiness is all an act.

I enjoyed the silliness of some of the characters in this book. The story was well put in my opinion and once or twice I was kind of confused, but that could be because it is volume one and the rest will be found out in other volumes.
