Great book. I don't agree with everything he says in it (I find butter to be quite a natural and healthy fat) but all in all he has some really good ideas and his exercise plan is the most manageable one I have found. I have been following it for the past month and have had very good results.

It was very interesting to read the real story of this large family. It was full of funny stories and funny characters, all named Gilbreth. Well worth readying!

Full of sweet, innocent stories. Not great literature but definitely uplifting and encouraging reading.

Excellent book! This is the first spinoff that I have finished. Most are poorly written, changing subject matter, style or both. Ms. James stayed as true to Jane Austen as Austen herself. A truly wonderful find and highly recommended for any Austen fan.
