Joshua Whitlock is an American privateer, he rescues Madeleine O'neil from a lifeboat drifting at sea. It never occured to the innocent beauty that the captain of the Chesapeake would assume she was like her disreputable companions until it was too late. This book is a good read!
Linnet Brimming was dutiful and obedient, but felt like a caged bird as sole lady of Castle Radwell and daughter of its Norman Lord. Then she spied the elusive golden-haired stranger in the great hall only to find out he is her Father's sworn enemy. New adventure lay before them as the Eagle carries her toward unknown destiny. This is a good read!
One of the books of a series called "Royal Brotherhood" In the book Alec is the by-blow son of the Prince of Whales. He needs to find an heiress to pay off his debts. Katherine Merivale needs to get married to have access to her trust.
Alec brings his half-brothers together (They don't seem to know about each other)and proposes an alliance to help all to benefit. Alec turns on his charm to win Kit; he hides some of his back ground and his reasons for their courtship.
This is a good book, gets a bit bogged down with dialogue, would consider it a warm and slightly flowery story.
Another great story from Stephanie Laurens, the third book from the Bastion Club Series. A strong willed couple trying to deal with the past, complete with family secrets, spies, smugglers and murder.
Good read if you enjoy series books.

This is a good book to curl up with, even though an escort service is a little unusual for Regency England it seems to work for this story. The sexual scenes are a slow tension bubbling up to a boil of romance.
Front cover declares "The sexiest Man in the World" Invites you to join him in his romantic fantasy......maybe, but the hero's spectacular looks are pointed out for us everytime the herione cast her eyes in his direction, becomes a bit redundant.
readiable for a comic effect!
