I really liked this book. I had read other books with Juan Cabrillo and The Company so it was interesting to see the beginning of them. As all of Clive Cusslers books are this one had lots of action and took place in different places. I look forward to reading more of Juan Cabrillo and the Oregon.

The Killing (MacCallister: The Eagles Legacy, Bk 2)
Review Date: 10/23/2016

I have just recently started reading the series of the MacCallisters and have enjoyed them all. It had been a while since I read any westerns and forgotten how good they are. I have also read some of the Jensen series by the same author and plan on reading more of both series.

I have read a lot of Dirk Pitt novels but had never read this one. It said on the cover it is the first Dirk Pitt novel. I don't think I have read one I didn't like. This one took place on a Greek island where an American Air Force Base comes under attack by a WWI Plane. How Dirk and Al come to the rescue and all their other adventures make good reading. As usual there is a beautiful woman involved and an evil bad guy. I enjoyed this book and look forward to any new Dirk Pitt books.

John Sanford is one of my favorite authors. This book was good and kept your attention. It wasn't my favorite Lucas Davenport book, Had quite a bit of politics but it moved along and kept you guessing. I look forward to reading more of John Sanford's books.

I really enjoyed this book. It has the right amount of action romance and mystery. I have read several other books in the 'Tracers' series and they are all good.
