A very insightful book concerning earlier stars of Dr. Who, and a look at the uniquely brilliant Matthew.
Difficult to get a copy in The States.
I had to order mine from the UK. OUCH.

I have read this series twice,
and will read it again.
Don't be too "politically correct" when reading it (fairy tales aren't) but enjoy the rough and delightful journey.
Life isn't easy, or fair, but there are some wonderful people out there. Meredith illustrates this, in a very lovely way, in her books. Enjoy.

It was pleasant to see some of the older Xanth characters again. Another cute and pun-laden tale to take you away from Drear Mundania.

A genuinely frightening look at certain "benevolent" spirits who deliver information through mediums. Engrossing and enthralling.

I have read a lot of ghost story books in my time, but this one has to be my very favorite. The author takes the best of the best stories that he has collected from those who have had the ghostly experiences. They are mostly very uplifting and poignant, but a couple of them are genuinely frightening. I had to sleep with the light on. A great gift book for yourself, or for the ghost story lover in your life.

I haven't listened to the audio cassette version, but have read this book about four times. I have read a lot of other ghost story books in my time, but this one has to be my very favorite. A very unique and intriguing ghost story which contains college hazing, suspense, great humor and the deep south.
I was so enthralled by it that I read it in one sitting.
Imaginative, funny, poignant and insightful. Great ending.
