I was very anxious to read this book after viewing some of the series on TV. The author writes with incredible attention to detail and is very gifted how she weaves the story bringing you back to the 1700's. However I do not think I would read anymore in the series as I found it read too much like a romance novel. Definitely geared to more of a woman's taste. I have nothing negative to say. It was just not for me.

fun read for anyone who enjoyed the age of rock & roll. lots of insider information on the supposedly satanic influence on many stars and bands. Fun but I didn't take it too seriously.
