This was my first book about Queen Victoria, I became interested after watching Emily Blount in "The Young Victoria" I will say this book has a lot of informtion in it BUT it is not like the normal historical fiction I am used to reading. This book is like a biography or a memoir not the entertaining fiction. It is still a good book if you want to know the basics about Victoria's long history.
