With stunning photographs and personal stories, Jane and Arthur tell of celebration and triumph, as they hold to light an endangered way of life. Their cameras tell some of the story. Their sharp eyes and warm hearts tell the rest and the end result is a glimpse of an America we thought only existed in dreams, political rhetoric, in memory. On a personal level, we learn of the celebration and triumph of the photographers themselves, as they suffered through the heart-aching loss of their 2 dogs and countless problems with their vehicle. This book makes America seem new.

This is a beautiful coffee table book.
