A great love story in the Old West era. Dee Swann is a very strong willed woman who craves her independence. Her family dies and she is left with a very fertile piece of land that many of the ranchers in the area want for themselves. She does not want to marry any man because she does not want to give up her land or her independence, but the passion ignites when she meets am equally strong willed man who may be perfect for her.
