Absolutely fabulous! I had no idea that something so wonderful was so close to my fingertips. I actually got to try it out when the flu big hit my household and the coconut water and coconut oil did everything that Dr Fife said it would. This book has a lot of chemistry in it that made it a little bit difficult to follow but all in all a really great book.
