A very interesting story about a Japenese-American woman who is comparing herself and her sexual and romantic experiences with those of her grandmother who was a sold by her father into the profession of geisha. Very thought provoking. Here is one woman forced to do the things that another woman only 2 generations away freely chooses to do and yet could she have led the more satisfied life?
