Picked up this to get some idea of what the upcoming movie was about. I didn't really enjoy it much; the first half of the book is like a very bad, slow moving sitcom with characters introduced briefly, interacting and then disappearing offstage for a while. The art did not grab me; all the supposedly twenty-somethings look like elementary school students. The plot meanders in no particular direction for a while, then there's a rather large and inexplicably "super" fight scene (Scott is an out of work musician, and suddenly can fight like Batman?!) and then we're done. Pass. The movie looks like fun, though.
