A short, but meaningful book by the Rev. Barbara Crafton. A pleasure to read and it provided new insights for me into my religious practice. Most memorably, she spoke of her efforts to keep to the Hours (Morning, Noon, Evening Prayer and Compline) and how she felt guilty about missing a prayer (something I can relate to) until she realized that prayer is not an obligation God puts on us, it is a gift from God. Which made her feel less controlled by the schedule or prayers and motivated by not wanting to waste God's gift. Well worth the read, in my opinion.
