another great book in the series. i really like the characters and love that they are remaining the same. ive never read any book that takes place in africa and i really enjoy mccall smith's descriptions of the country and it's people. it really makes me want to visit there.

the book is fast and easy- i dont think itll take much time to get through the series. its a lot of fun to read- the mysteries she solves are interesting. i also am enjoying how there are a lot of morals- without the novel or characters being uppity or perfect.

starting the third book right now and really looking forward to what its going to bring and where these characters are going.
