Can I give this book minus stars? If I could, I would! The characters are one-dimensional; you can see the ending coming a mile away; and the writing is cheesey. I nearly threw the book across the room when I got to the part where they are rubbing honey on the madonna statue as part of some ridiculously made-up religious ritual. Arrrggghhh! On the other hand, some HLBDS members just loved it, so who knows?!
