I enjoyed reading this book, but I wish it had a better story line. I found the story to be a little slow and anticlimactic, but enjoyable. I loved the characters and enjoyed getting to know some of them, I just wish the story flowed and made a little more sense. If you've ever read a Lynsay Sands book you might know what I'm talking about. I don't want to take away anything from the book, but some of the story didn't make sense. From the very beginning how can you have a dentist who is afraid of blood, how can you have a girl who has psychic abilities but never know it, or even be so undeceive about a man she clearly loves, how can you have her decide to never be turned when she previously said she couldn't stand knowing she would grow old while he never aged, and last is the fact that when she finds out that her father has taped and overheard the conversations of Roman and Ivan she doesn't even consider that her conversation is being listen in on......Doesn't make sense.

It took me over a week to read this book because I lost interest in it many times. Over the years I've read books that I finished in hours because I couldn't put it down and books that I felt it was torture to finish reading. This wasn't a book I couldn't put down........it was mediocre to say the least.
