What I heard on the first 5 cds (before giving up) was the thinking of 3 emotionally fragile women who need to stop over-analyzing themselves and *do* something other than applying psycho-babble to every single thought and action they experience. The narrator has a low, almost-vocal-fry voice which was beyond irritating. But then, she was probably bored, too.
