I'd read several lukewarm reviews of this book, but having read the first 8 in the series, and enjoying them thoroughly, I had no hesitation about buying this one. Having finished it, I'm a bit perplexed at the less than enthused reviews I'd read. If you're a fan of this series, and a fan of Kitty, you will enjoy this book. Without spoiling anything: The plot was fast-paced, fun and brought in new mythos, I liked how Kitty began to question some really big issues, and I loved the smattering of history thrown in. Overall, it was a very good read!
