This is the first book I have read by this author and what a pleasant surprise! Samuel Craddock is a wonderful protagonist. He is an unassuming small town southern gentleman with a sharp wit and good heart. The mystery is well done and this wraps up nicely. I can't wait to read more of Samuel! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute!
