The more I read the genre the easiest to figure I am dealing with the kind of humanity that is very easy to despise. The book moves along and the killer separates himself from other killers in that he is perhaps more evil. The book is an easy if somewhat tortured read, no sympathy for the killer. He is that kind of human being you want to see either dead or permanently incarcerated. The author has surely picked a surefire crime story, there are so many aspects of this book that are unsettling, it kinds of leave you a little drained out after reading it. 3.5 Stars.
