This booklet is a result of an Al-Anon member's plea for help. Her question was how to sustain an intimate relationship with an alcoholic partner. These letters (virtually all from women) are gathered here in hopes of providing gentle guidance to the question. To some extent, the letters portray alcoholism as an obstacle to sexual intimacy. But they also portray the obstacle being overcome.
