Eh, this is a so-so read about the author's pregnancy and experience as a new mother.
While I appreciated the candor about her postpartum depression, I couldn't get past her juvenile attitude. Her end-of-chapter letters to her daughter could have been sweet and funny, but she sprinkled in a lot of profanity and drug references. Really - who does that?! She constantly ripped on her family & upbringing and relayed ways she antagonized them. If I ever met the author, I think I'd have to fight the urge to shake her and tell her to grow up.
