Zora had a horrible childhood. Said children was a different one though, so made for an interesting backstory. I liked the 2 different things going on at once. Overall, good, but dragged a bit in places for me.
Ignore the cover. The female character looks like she's cowering. Zora didn't do this at all in this book.
