D: (Debonair, Devious, Defense, Defiant, Drill, Dastard, Date, Depend, Darkness, Delicate, Department) I met a man yesterday; he seemed quite debonair, and even thought I sensed something quite devious about him, I went to him with open arms. In my defense, I’ve been trying to be more defiant lately, since a technician drilled through my water pipes, and I was too afraid to report the dastard to his superiors. We went on a date, and I asked him to walk me home. Really, I told him, I’m starting to depend on people to walk with me, since I’m afraid of the darkness. He kissed me, saying I was just delicate, and during our walk, he told me that he was head of his department for the city water services; did I have anything to tell him? (This is my absolute favourite so far, I can't help giggling whenever I read it over =P )
