  I was angry today
didn't want to hear your words
feeling so resentful
of the intrusion into my peace

You do not yet know
the true extend of my wrongs

I hate your voice
speaking your words
because you might get
too close to the facts and
I might not be able to explain

I am not ready
to deal with myself
like that
to that extent
so plainly
no
not ready
not yet

go away

please...

Ooof... you gave me the chills with that one. I never considered that another person might not want to talk to me because they are struggling to deal with their own demons. Damn, I can't believe I am so self centered sometimes!
