to stop and smell the roses....... to not sweat the small stuff that I can not change and learn to let it roll off my shoulder.....

also, to work on lifestyle changes to improve my health

and practice the following:

smile more, open the door for someone older than myself, say "thank you" and "please" more, tell the people that are important in my life how much they mean to me!
