Every time you refer someone to PaperBackSwap and they sign up, post 10 or more books and list your email address as the person who referred them, you'll receive an extra book credit from us as a way of saying thanks! We want to build the largest virtual paperback book club in the world. The best way to do that is through positive support from our members. The Referrals work as listed below.

1 - 10 Referrals = 1 credit for each
11 - 20 Referrals = 1 credit + $0.50 PBS Money for each
21 - 35 Referrals = 1 credit + $0.75 PBS Money for each
36 - 50 Referrals = 1 credit + $1.00 PBS Money for each
51+ Referrals = 2 credits for each

Your previous referrals will not earn the bonus retroactively, but they will count to put you into a "starting tier", as of July 15, 2007, and your next referrals will earn the appropriate bonus.

We've designed some key items to help you increase your referrals. Please make sure to personalize your referral tools by inserting your email address or PBS nickname and clicking the 'Click to Personalize Links!' button as needed.

Tell A Friend – Personalize the introductory paragraph to the ‘How It Works' letter. Fill in the grid with the emails of the friends to whom you are sending the letter. Their names will be placed in the Referrals section of your account. You can then send follow-up emails as needed.

Bookmarks - Create your own personal book marks with the PBS logo that you can hand out to your friends.

Flyers – Customize fliers to print and distribute to public areas.

Web Site Banners - Copy the code provided onto your own web page and share it with visitors to your web site.

Icons – Copy and paste smaller versions of web site banners that you can add to your website.

Email and PBS Nickname Signatures - Copy the supplied code into your email signature line. When someone clicks on the link and joins, your account will be linked to them as the referrer.

PBS Logo – Copy and paste our logo to use on various items you design to spread the word.
