I really enjoyed this book. It had some interesting suggestions. Some that had a cost and some didn't. I would recommend it.
Very good for anyone managing others. There is a companion book, 1001 Ways to Reward Employees, that is excellent, also.
Good ideas with actual business examples.
I thought this book was excellent. It is easy and interesting to read, and a lot of the suggestions applied to my workplace. Now if I only had the nerve to give it to my boss...lol!
Some good ideas and case studies on the topic of employee motivation.
