How do I take advantage of the items that are tagged 2 for 1? I ordered two books from one person who had a book tagged 2 for 1 and the system told me to look through their bookshelf to see if there are any other books I wanted to order and I selected something else but when I made my final order, I didn't see how the second book was "free" for me? I think I ended up paying for both books with two credits. Thanks if you can help me out. Laura |

When doing a deal like that, you only order the first book -- then contact the person & let them know what you want for your "free" book(s) PM the person who was doing the 2-for-1, explain to them what happened & ask them to send you the extra credit back. |

Laura, You want to make sure that you order from that member's bookshelf...otherwise the system puts the request into the FIFO system. |

I am wondering what you mean when you say "tag". Did you see a tag on a book that said 2-for-1? Because if so, that tag is applied to every copy of the book in the system, not just to the copy tagged by that member. In other words, that is an inappropriate tag and essentially meaningless. The person you ordered from in that instance may not be the person who tagged the book, and therefore may not be the 2-for-1 deal offerer. I know this issue is confusing - I'd suggest reading up in the help center on tags in order to understand how they work. |
