Hit a real deal at a FOL sale.  Don't know anything about this series.  I have posted the 8 duplicates I picked up.  There are about 19 titles still in my bag.  I am "planning' on reading those before I post them, but if anyone wants a particular title sooner, I will happily post your choice(s).

These books are coded on PBS as Children's Books, ages 9-12.  They are actually marketed as ESL material - most seem to be reading level 6 or 8, per the publishers site

Publicity blurb: "Joan Lowery Nixon, former president of the Mystery Writers of America, has assembled 10 well-known authors to write Thumbprint Mysteries. This unique series offers quality mystery fiction for adults who want to read at their appropriate skill levels. THUMBPRINT MYSTERY AUTHORS -Richard Forrest, Alanna Knight, Ellen Godfrey, Mary Blount Christian, Joan Lowery Nixon & Kathleen Nixon Brush, Judith Andrews Green, Barbara Steiner, Patricia Matthews, Stephen F. Wilcox, and Kathleen Anne Barrett. "

Here are the titles I have posted so far:

Murder on the Loose (2 copies), Murder on the Lover's Bridge & Murder in the Shadows (1-3 in series)

Champagne at Risk (2), Champagne at the Murder (2 ), & Champagne with a Corpse (1-3 in series)

The Party Boat Murders & Murder Takes a Fast Track (2 & 3 in series)

Hit the Street & Without a Trace (1 & 2 in series)

Gory Alleluia (#2 in series)

Secco Canyon (#1 in series)

Sign of the Beast (#1 in series)

Monster in the Loch (#2 in series)

I still have 7 more to read & post.  2 for 1 until I run out of these.  Thx!
