Sorry, I hit enter before I typed anything on this set. The set is "10 Steps -- Completely overcome Vaginismus." Book 1 is: The practical Approach to Pain-Free Intercourse. and Book 2 is: Personal Journal & Workbook. I suggest these books be requested as a set. Additionally, there is a DVD on Treating Vaginismus which I will include with the set. The information provided is very straight forward and helpful.
