I use 2 computers - a work computer (in my home - a PC/Windows xp using Firefox) and a personal laptop (also in my home, Mac PB G4 os 10.4 using Firefox). I added 4 books to my TBR list from the laptop Monday that still do not show up in my TBR list when I access the account from the PC. What's up with that? Since the PC is connected to the printer, I use that computer to print out my labels and move books from my list to my bookshelf sometimes, but if those books aren't there, what am I to do?? They are definitely there when I access my account from the laptop. I've refreshed - and it is just the one account, and I do see the previous TBRs and my BIR list is correct. Any ideas? |

Hmm. I use two computers too. I haven't noticed an issue like this though. Maybe it has something to do with the new site upgrades? |

I also use 2 computers. I use DH's sometimes and mine other times and I've never had a problem. I even accessed it from my MIL's and still no problem. |

I use several computers and browsers--home PC (Explorer), home Mac laptop (Firefox), work Mac (Safari)--and have never had that problem. |

Is the one that they are not showing on just sorted differently? The sorting method stays with the machine, it doesn't change to something you used on the last machine, and sometimes different sorting methods miss some books. Try resorting by Date, Descending and they should show up at the top of the list. You could also go to the book details on the machine that is not showing them listed and see if it shows it as on your TBR pile. If it is not, submit a Problem to the site through Contact Us. I use 3 different PCs and 2 different laptops and never had a problem. |

check to see if it is sorting differently from each machine because that is about the only thing I can think of. Did you do a search to see if the books were there but just not where you expected them? I use many computer and haven't ever had an issue. |

Right now I'm on the Mac and the PC is shut down, so I can't double check, but I'm pretty sure I did resort to see if that was the issue. I have been using both computers to access with no problems until Monday. Thanks for the help! |
