I bought this book after my first 6-week yoga course ended. It is from the American Yoga Association and a perfect book for the beginning yoga person. I liked it because it has pictures of the Yoga exercises (asans)as well as instructions on how to accomplish them. The twenty minute workout is broken down easily and simply. There are a total of six basic workouts with sub-workouts within these area. I liked the general workout, the toning and shaping workout for sports and the PMS workout! This is a great yoga book.
