As participation in PBSers hosting games for 20 questions, I wondered if there are PBSers who don't know about this game. Its listed under Fun Stuff under the Community section of the website. You can host (moderate) a game by initiating the game yourself: choose a title, character, or author as the answer. You choose the begin and end date of the game and number of players allowed. You choose the prize: from no prize to a credit, a free book, or other prizes as you choose. I've seen bookmarks, calendars, etc offered also........ You can play games that you select; you post a question just like you're playing 20 questions...............they have to be questions with only a yes or no answer. The moderator who posted the game is responsible for answering your questions until the end of the game....... Check it out; it can be fun. I've won credits and books; sometimes I play the games with no prizes posted just for fun and practice! One recommendation I've learned through hosting games: specify the number of prizes you'll award. For ex: one book credit to the first person guessing the answer or one book credit to the first three winners.........that way it's clear if someone wins but is the fifth winner and doesnt get a prize as to why.......
