Why You Are You :: Edward Murray
ISBN-13: 9780967530208

has been on my wish list since 3/25/2006.  I was just curious if anyone has a wish book listing that will top my 3/25/06.

Also, I am obviously Number 1 for this book, so if anyone has it - I sure wish you would post it.  LOL.

Thanks for looking and have a great day.

Just curious here, why not request via interlibrary loan and have done with it?

Not all librarys have a loan system and if they do then the book has to be in the system.  So if her book isn't in the system the she isn't going to get it.  I know I've been on the list for a loan book at my library for almost a year.  When you live in a backwoods town your local library doesn't have much.  We cant all live in large citys or citys that care more about there librarys.

Maybe Don wants to keep it and not borrow it from the library? :)

Wow. I can't top that because I haven't even been a member here that long.  I was just thinking 3 1/2 years is an awful long time to wish for a book and I wish I had it, I'd give it to you.

I can top that. I've had An Illustrated  Short History of Nearly Everything by  Bill Bryson on  my list since  8/7/20005. I already read the book that isn't illustrated and I want the Illustrated book for a keeper. Obviously I'm not in a big hurry but it would be nice to have. I am number one on the list. For awhile I was the only one on the list, but the wishlist has grown behind me.

Thanks to everyone who explained.  :) I never thought about not having easy access to interlibrary loans.  Our library system allows us to put in ILL requests online, so I guess I am very spoiled (even in a very small town)
