I am really sure yet, I am going to try the diet starting Monday so I will ley you know. Seems like good information but ??????.

Well after 4 weeks I have lost 15 lbs and my wife another 15lbs. Also 2" off the waistine. Its really easy to do, just about sick of beans though.
