I admit it: I am a control freak. I sooooo want every book on my shelf to have a photo that I take millions of pictures and submit them to our overworked book images staff. However, it doesn't happen immediately, and want to get these NON photo / image books off of my shelf and onto yours.

Here is my offer: I currently have 15 children's books listed that do not have a photo --- yet. All of them have a submitted photo, but the process has not yet accepted them. You may have any 5 of those books without a photo for 1 credit.

I will also offer a 3 books for 1 credit for any other books on my shelf for the LABOR DAY WEEKEND ONLY.

Here is the rub: you never know when the book image staff will suddenly accept one of the "no photo" books, and then that book will fall under the 3 for 1, instead of the 5 for 1 offer. So look now, order fast, and please PM me with your requests.

And, by the way, are you as excited about Sarah Palin as I am?????

Wow ! You all have kept me busy running back and forth to my shelves! I will be mailing out orders for Amber, Lisa, Julie, Jody, NK, and Sarah. I still have pending orders for Jane and Leslie (still trying to locate a couple of books).

Remember to PM me with your requests for freebies, and list a couple of possible substitute titles in case someone else has already spoken for a particular title. That's what has happened with some orders. Don't forget to let me know which nonpostables you also would like for me to toss in --- the list can be found in the 3rd post above.

I am still listing books, and I am still trying to get photos on all of these books. I am also using PBS's Delivery Confirmation system. I'm a big fan of this, and I'll thank the Big Bosses for providing this option for us.
