Usually a cookbook has numerous recipes I never try. This cookbook is page after page of great flavor for the palate. I have used some of the salad recipes for dishes at parties and have had lots of compliments. Well worth adding to your cookbook selection even if you don't care about carbs.
such a wealth of ideas for low carbers. and it really highlights how healthy low carb food is. next time i hear someone say you can't eat vegetables on a low carb diet i will show them how wrong they are with this book. who needs starch when there's so much delicious REAL food?
(the one exception to my enthusiasm is artificial sweeteners used in the book. those are most definitely NOT real food).
