I was going thru my personal bookshelf trying to decide on which additional books to post here.  I came across a book that had, on the front cover, the words Author's Copy.  Is this different than ARC and is it postable?

I would check with TPTB ("Contact us") and see what they say -- this is a category I have never heard of!

I don't believe this is an ARC.  I think this is one of the complimentary copies of a book given to an author by the publisher when the book comes out.  Thus, postable.

Does it state anywhere inside if the book is a proof copy? An authors copy can be a proof copy and has errors, changes made  so its not the finalised version.

All ARCs or proof copies state on them somewhere that they are unedited proofs or not the final version.

Thanks to everyone.  I've sent a msg to TPTB.
