I have had 3 problem books in one month.  I went in today and marked 2 resolved (credit returned) and accidentally marked the third problem resolved when in fact the person did not, and now removed a mark against someone who should have had that mark left (book totally water damaged throughout the whole book pretty much).  I feel so bad given that she will likely do it again since she took no accountability at all. 

I feel like the system is sometimes cumbersome to use as I sort through the transaction archives to find these, etc.  But the fault is ultimately mine and I'm kicking myself today.  At least it could have been worse I guess if I marked one unresolved when it was resolved. 

Arrggghh. 

Tanya - Don't kick yourself too much. I always use mistakes as learning opportunities. I'm sure that in the future, you'll be more careful. :)

At least the person still has the RWAP. If they continue doing this, eventually they will catch the Team's attention.
