I recently ordered a 3 for 1. The other swapper sent the book that I paid the credit for in perfect condition, no problems. However, she only sent one of the other two, and the one she sent was in very poor condition.. the pages are falling out completely from the spine. It wasn't supposed to be an unpostable.

The unpostable one is ok with me, it was free anyway. But it was supposed to be a 3 for 1, not a 2 for 1.. I wouldn't have ordered otherwise because I have so many books right now to read that I'd rather give my credits to my best friend and my mom that both just joined here and have no credits. Is there anything I can do about it?

I know I sound greedy.. so I hesitated to post this but she did say it was a 3 for 1.

I would just politely pm her and remind her it was a 3 for 1 deal and that you're missing a book. She may have just forgotten to add it in the package or gotten your order mixed up with another. As for the unpostable book, I am torn on this. It really shouldn't have been posted in the first place, yet you are getting it as a freebie. You might at least mention it's condition to her and see what she says. Good luck.

The book you requested through the system needs to be marked as it was received. The freebies, let the sender know whats up! Tell her you requested 3 and expected 3 POSTABLE books. The one you got is unpostable and you didn't get the other one and ask how she plans to rectify the situation.
