On the Home page, my stats in the blue box on the top right include the following info. 1 book to mark received 6 total books en route 2 books requested
Here is the estimated arrival info for all my current incoming books: 2 book request - 9/9/15 2 book request - 9/9/15 1 book request - 9/10/15 1 book request - 8/26 This book also had the label printed twice (7/27 & 8/14)
When I click on the 1 book to mark received link, I am immediately taken to the 6 books enroute tab. I don't show anything as having been delivered or needing to mark received as of yet. So is the 1 book showing that I need to mark received a part of the 6 total books I have enroute? I have also checked my transaction archive and there is nothing there that needs to be marked as received as I have not had a book recently go lost. Thanks for any helpful clarification. Pam

I am a little confused by your post but in my experience if you click on my account all enroute books will appear. You select the book you received in good condition and just go from there. If you are seeing something different, best to contact PBS librarian. |

But I haven't received ANY book. I am not due to receive one until around Aug. 26. which is still 13 days away. So why would I be getting this "1 book to mark received" message now. The last time I got this same message, the book had been delivered to my PO and to my house the next day. Which showed on the scan. This time I am not getting anything telling me a book has been delivered to my PO. I was just wondering if the book that I should be marking as received is one of the 6 that are enroute? Because with the dates of estimated arrivals it makes it look like I have 7 books incoming, not 6. Of course, I could just be overthinking this. When I have a major headache I tend to do this. Thanks for your reply. Pam |

When a book gets close to the arrival time out , it shows "mark received". I am not sure what the time limit is. |

Its been a very long time since I saw them explain these numbers, but believe it is when a book gets within 2 weeks of its receive date that a book will switch to the "Mark Received" catergory. They are listed in both spots (that is why the en route says "total". It think the last time was just coincidence that it happened at the same time you got the notice, the timing is supposed to have it happening about the time books get delivered on average. |
