Go to their wish list.  It has to be available,  WL that are on vacation hold or private cannot be posted to.  Find the book you are planning on posting, push the buttom Post This Book.  That is it.  You do need to make sure you are on their WL, and NOT on the book page.  If they do not accept the book within the time frame (48 hours?) then the book will roll over to FIFO.  (And be sure to check the ISBN numbers.  You may have to ask them to add the version you have.)

It will show up in your account tabs as a regular book posting.

You will know that you have it right if, after you hit the Post This Book button, you see the member's name in the upper right. If it doesn't say you are posting the book for Member X, then you may have gotten off of that person's Wish List by clicking into the book or something and you might want to back up and make sure.
