I know somebody once answered this question, but I can't remember what it was: why is it that sometimes when I search to see if a book is WL'd it comes up with "0 members wishing" and other times it just doesn't mention any number wishing?

0 wishers means the book is not available, but it is not WLed currently either. Nothing there means the book is currently available in the system.
