I think that all members (Standard, Limited, and A la Carte) should be able to read and post in the "Questions about PaperBackSwap" forum to allow everyone a place for asking questions about how the site works and how to handle problem swaps and other tricky or difficult situations. IMHO, in addition to other resources that provide help (the help center, live help, and tour guides), the Questions forum should remain available to all members to post questions and get feedback from other members.
