I've been waiting for three weeks to get a credit for a large, nice book that I mailed out. Now I see their account is "Suspended or Closed". Has this happened to anyone else? I assume I'll just get nothing?!?

Message TPTB.  They'll likely take care of it for you.

Caviglia's right, this warrants a message to PBS on the matter.

Don't send a message until after the System Action Date. It's on your My Account page right after "Don't contact us until this date"...

For accounts that have been closed they will usually mark the book received instead of lost.  If it goes lost than contact PBS.  The credit is basically in escrow and has been taken from the member already.

I received my credit back.

I wasn't planning on contacting anyone until tomorrow - which would be the "System Action Date". Now I won't have too. It's good to know that this solution is automatic.

Yep, if the person's account has been closed or suspended, when the action date comes, the book gets marked automatically received and you get your credit.

And what is up with all these stray A's?? LOL
