Don't send a message until after the System Action Date. It's on your My Account page right after "Don't contact us until this date"... |

For accounts that have been closed they will usually mark the book received instead of lost. If it goes lost than contact PBS. The credit is basically in escrow and has been taken from the member already. |

I received my credit back. I wasn't planning on contacting anyone until tomorrow - which would be the "System Action Date". Now I won't have too. It's good to know that this solution is automatic. |
