If an account is suspended how can that person be on line. I know the persons account is suspended and know the person is on line here because I have them as a buddy. Although they turned out not to be one. Could someone please explain this to me. Thanks Gloria

They show up on your buddy list even after the account is suspended.  Are you sure it's suspended and not just on hold? 

I went through a clean up of my Buddy list recently.  I had a lot of people on there I had never herd of and many of them were no longer active. 

From your post it seems you know they are suspended, but I am only reading between the lines.  Check to make sure that they only had a time out and if you can confirm that they are still suspended and not on hold and that they are online- contact PBS - they would be the team to investigate.

I know they are suspended for 2 reasons. it says so when you go the account and they are being looked into by the PBS-team because I sold them credits and they never paid me for them. The PBS-Team said they would let me know. Last night it showed this person was on-line. What do you mean by a time out. Glo

They may have limited access to their account to print labels, mark books received and mark pending book requests mailed.  THey may even be able to PM. But PBS is probably not allowing them to use any credits at the moment. 

They could also be online talking to PBS to clear up the situation. I would think they can log into their account in order to talk to PBS, just not do any transactions.
