Hi!  I'm hoping someone can help me here...my acc't just came "off-hold" today and I can see the books that people have requested from me, no problem.

But when I try to click on the tabs for Book Requested By Me, Book En Route To Me, or Books On Other's Wishlists, nothing comes up.  I had to get on my Bookshelf to see which of my books were pending on a member's WL.   Is anyone else having this problem today? 

I will try again later, maybe it's a glitch, but if anyone knows something or can help, thanks in advance!

I'm not having any problems.....trying logging out and back in and see if that helps

Maybe it's the grace period for books on people's wish lists?  Two days to respond to a wish list auto or one hour to give people time to change their minds.  You can see on your bookshelf that the books have been requested but they won't show up on your main page until the above situation(s) have occured.

Ange is probably onto something with the WL hold.  If the books are on Auto Request, they don't show up on the "WL Books on Hold" tab, they just show up on your bookshelf w/ the exclamation point.  If, however, the member is using the 48 hour notice, then they would show up on the WL Books tab.

More and more people are using AR, so you don't seek the Books on WL tab as much..at least that's been my experience lately.

Hello!  Just tried again (after being off a few hours) still doesn't work.  I can't get on the tabs for "Books En Route To Me" and "Books I've Requested" either-so if any of my books come today, I can't mark them as received. 

I'll give it a little more time and see what happens, since there's no mail on Sun. I can wait a bit.  Thanks!

very odd, make sure you report it using the feedback button at the bottom.

for books coming to you, do they show up in your transaction archive?  they may not but that might be a solution to marking books received.

Bonnie, try emptying your cookies folder and/or rebooting your computer.  Sometimes it's just a glitch in the settings of your computer that can make this happen.  It probably isn't anything on the PBS end...it normally isn't, anyway.  And like you said, there's no great big hurry at this point....nothing can be mailed till Monday anyway! ;)
